VANILLA BEAN BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop organic vanilla whey protein (Recommended brand: PSC Protein, available at Go-vita Bateau Bay, Lake-Haven and Erina)
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 300 ml Rice Milk
Instructions
Simply add all in ingredients into a blend and blend until required, pour into a glass or a portable shaker if you are in a rush and need to take it away with you. No more excuses re: Skipping Breakfast as preparation time is not even 5 minutes :)
