Quick and easy to make PALEO snacks, high in protein & tasty :)
Ingredients
- Ghee or Coconut Oil
- 6 Rashers of Bacon (Free-range)
- 6 Eggs (Free-range)
- Meredith Goats Cheese
- Chopped chives
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and lightly grease a 6 cup Muffin tray with either ghee of coconut oil. Use the bacon rashes to line each muffin cup, place in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon. Remove and crack one egg into egg lined bacon, sprinkle with the goats cheese and chives. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and with a knife gently remove from the tray.
Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. YUMMO !
